Is my watch insured whilst in the post and in your workshop?

Yes! The Watch Professional can fully insure watches in transit up to £10,000. Once in the workshop the watch is also fully insured.

How do I send you my watch?

Please use the quick quote form to get a price for your watch service, you can then either drop your watch off in person at our workshop or post it to us with up to £10,000 insurance. 

What happens after you receive my watch?

First of all we will confirm safe receipt of it within 24 hours of its arrival. Then within 72 hours of confirmation of receipt, an inspection of the watch will be completed. At this point we will confirm the price of the service. If you are happy to proceed, the watch will then join the service queue.

How long will you need my watch for?

This varies, we will confirm the service queue length after receiving your initial email. Please note that we provide the best estimate possible, but occasionally if parts are required or the watch has other issues it can exceed this.

Do you use genuine parts?

Yes, 99% of the time. However sometimes genuine parts are obsolete and the only possibility of fixing the watch is by making a part from scratch. If that is the case, we will always let you know beforehand.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. The watch will be returned with a 24 month warranty on the work carried out, this doesn’t include accidental damage, general wear and tear or misuse.

Do you have any reviews of your work?

Yes, they can be found on trust pilot and google. We are very proud to have well over 200 five star reviews.

How do I pay?

We prefer payment via BACS but accept all major debit and credit cards.

Do you test for water resistance?

Yes, and seals replaced as necessary. However please note that on vintage watches it is not always possible to make them water resistant due to wear to the case, swimming with a vintage watch is not advised for this reason.
