Every watch serviced at The Watch Professional is carried out by an experienced watchmaker and serviced in line with the manufacturer’s specifications. Each movement is carefully cleaned, lubricated and reassembled, followed by thorough testing for timekeeping and water resistance to ensure everything is performing as it should.

In addition to servicing, we offer professional case and bracelet polishing to restore your watch’s original finish. Whether it’s light refinishing to remove everyday marks and scratches or a full polish to bring back to as close to factory finish as possible, we have brand trained polishers that can expertly refurbish your watch.
We offer a while you wait battery replacement and pressure testing service. Using a state-of-the-art pressure testing machine, it can detect even the smallest changes in your watch case when air pressure is applied, ensuring its water resistance is intact. If your watch does not pass the test, we also provide a full resealing service—renewing all gaskets to restore water resistance. (Please note: resealing is a more in-depth service and cannot be completed while you wait.)
